Refund policy

The Spooler files and videos are digital content that you can download and use as soon as you have paid. Before paying you agree to the delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal within 14 days. We therefore do not refund a purchase once access has been granted.

This does not affect rights that cannot be waived by law, for example if the content is defective or differs from its description, if it was never made available to you, or if you were charged twice. Write to info@spooler.cz with the e-mail you bought with and the number of the transaction.

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as the merchant of record, under its own refund policy. A refund granted by Paddle ends the access to the files.
